Amesema mbali na matokeo hayo pia mkakati huo utawezesha kupungua kwa vifo vinavyohusiana na ukimwi kwa asilimia 50 ifikapo mwaka 2020 na asilimia 70 ifikapo mwaka 2023 na kupunguza unyanyapaa na ubaguzi ifikapo 2023 na kuelekea kutokomeza kabisa ifikapo mwaka 2030.
